The Agave Blue Glow is a compact, slow-growing hybrid. This agave is known for its blue-green leaves and red edges. This cross between the Agave attenuata and Agave ocahui is drought-tolerant and maintains a symmetrical shape throughout its lifespan. Perfect for modern landscapes, roc gardens, and decorative pots. 

Please Note: All agave plants in our collection are shipped bare-root, without soil or pots. While some plants may have minor scars, we guarantee they will arrive in excellent condition and optimal health. Additionally, any discoloration at the base of the plant, especially in rooted varieties, is a normal result of prior planting in soil.

✔ After Arrival: Let your Agave Blue Glow rest in a shaded, dry area for a few days before planting. Use a well-draining cactus or succulent mix, such as sandy soil with added perlite or pumice. Avoid watering for the first week to help it adjust.

✔ Long-Term Care: Place in full sun to partial shade for the best growth and coloration. Water deeply but only when the soil is completely dry, typically every 2-3 weeks in warm months and even less in winter. Protect from hard frost (below 25°F) by bringing it indoors or covering it in extreme cold.
