Shipping policy

At Cactus Warehouse we grow our plants in Fallbrook, California and hand-select each one for quality. Every plant is unique, and you receive one similar in size and shape to the photos.

Ship days: We ship every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, respecting holidays.

Standard orders ship within 5 business days of your order. Most go out on the next ship day.

Priority Processing can be added in the cart. Priority orders are pulled and packed first and ship on the next ship day. Order before 7:00am Pacific on a ship day and it ships that same day. If we cannot ship on the promised day, we refund the Priority fee.

Free shipping and free plants: Orders of $99 or more ship free and include a free Golden Barrel. At $149 we add a free Cardon, and at $249 a free two-foot Cardon. The gifts are added to your cart automatically and you keep every one you unlock. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95.

Carriers: We ship via UPS and USPS within the continental United States. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Cold weather: When your forecast is too cold for a plant to travel safely, we hold your order and ship on the next warm window. We will let you know if that applies to you.

Plant quality: We only ship healthy, high-quality plants. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, and 1-Year Plant Protection can be added in the cart.
