Processing Time: We process orders within 3 business days. If you have a specific date in mind or any special instructions, kindly add a note at checkout. We ship out every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, respecting holidays. 

Plant Quality: We only ship healthy, high-quality plants. If a plant has scars or blemishes, we'll inform you before you complete your purchase.
