Some changes are coming to Cactus Warehouse. If you're a longtime customer, yours isn't one of them, and I want to explain why.
Here's what happened
Shipping costs have hit this business harder than I expected. Free shipping on every order was something I was proud to offer, and it was hard to admit I couldn't keep doing that for everyone. Going forward, orders need to reach $99 to qualify for free shipping. That's the reality of where things are, and I'd rather tell you straight than pretend nothing changed.
Why yours is different
If you placed your first order with us before May 1, 2026, your free shipping isn't going anywhere. You took a chance on this business back when it was smaller, and that matters to me. When you check out, the discount applies automatically. No code, no minimum, nothing for you to do differently.
How it works
- Shop like normal. Browse the store and add whatever you want to your cart.
- Free shipping applies at checkout, automatically. You'll see it in your order summary. No code needed.
- Something not working? Email me directly at info@cactuswarehouse.com and I'll fix it personally.
