What are your shipping policies?

I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?

We process all orders within 24 hours, please let us know within that timeframe if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once a label is printed, no changes or cancellations can be made, even to the shipping address.

My package has not arrived and it says delivered. What do I do?

If the order tracking indicates 'Delivered,' we kindly request your patience. Occasionally, our shipping partners send delivery notifications before the recipient receives the item, or it might be delivered to a neighbor within the same building instead of the intended recipient.


If three days have passed, and the order is still not received, please reach out to us at info@cactuswarehouse.com, and we will assist you in arranging a replacement order.

How do I return a product?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The returned product must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt.
